  • Platform Rights:

    • Influencer Access: The platform may provide access to paid models for influencers to showcase on their channels, such as YouTube, for promotional purposes. This access is contingent upon the influencers adhering to the licensing terms set forth by the designers and not distributing the models in any way.

 

5. Payments

  • Payment Process: All transactions on 3DPrintShelf.com are conducted through the platform. When a buyer purchases a model, the payment is processed securely via our payment system. Sellers will receive the total amount of the sale, minus the applicable commission and any transaction fees.
  • Payment Methods: Currently, the only accepted payment method is PayPal. Buyers can pay for models directly through their PayPal accounts.
  • Payouts Schedule: Payouts are issued by the 5th day of each month for the previous month's sales. Payments will be sent to the PayPal account specified in the designer’s registration form.

Sellers will receive the total sale amount after deducting the 15% commission and any applicable PayPal transaction fees. This means that the amount received by the seller will be the sale price minus the commission and any PayPal fees.

 

6. Liability
