Product description

Hi everyone. I am P1lotz, a professional 3D artist.
I have been working in the field since 2019 and specialize in creating articulated creatures, particularly dragons.
With that said, let me present my new Demon Dragon!

First of all, I want to thank FormFutura for this opportunity.
This particular model has been printed using morph-coloured filament from FormFutura. FormFutura is a reliable provider of high-quality filaments that come in a variety of colours, making printing both effortless and perfect. The result of the different colours coming together is stunning. I love it!

Information about Commercial license

If you want a commercial license for my dragon or any other of my designs, you can join my printables club. Becoming a member allows you to sell physical copies of all my models, as long as you have an active membership. Join today for only $8/month, to obtain the license and support me and my upcoming projects. Thank you.

Designing process

The model is designed in Blender 3D. A tutorial explaining the design process is in the making, so stay tuned if you want to know exactly how to create your own one. I do have an older tutorial you can watch while waiting for the new one, but it is much less detailed than the upcoming one. Click here to watch the older tutorial.

The process of designing this model has been unique. The creation is partly inspired by a loved one of mine and has been my favourite model to work on by far. I hope you are going to like it as much as I do.

Copyright

This model is 100% made by me, and you can not sell it, and reupload it without permission from me. I see people re-uploading my models all the time, which is not allowed under any circumstances and is strongly against the copyrights. If you see anyone uploading my designs, please contact me on Printables or Thingiverse. Selling of the model can be allowed under certain circumstances like membership.

Printing settings

  • The dragon does not need much infill. I recommend between 10% and 20%, but 5% works as well.
  • The dragon does not need any support for printing.
  • The dragon can usually be printed directly on the printing bed. If any troubles occur, I do recommend printing with rafts.
  • I advise avoiding using adhesion while printing the model and instead using rafts to avoid problems with articulation.
