Printing settings
- Profile: Use your standard 0.2mm layer height.
- Background:
- Use 0.1mm layer height for finer details.
- Color Changes: Pause at specific heights:
- 1.1mm: White (or symbol color).
- 1.5mm: Red (or "empty" color).
- Optional: Use the included BackgroundForPaper file to create your own design with a 2D printer.
- Pointer Base & Weight:
- Print with 80% infill for stability. Don’t worry about filament usage—these parts are very small and require minimal material.
- Stoppers (Optional):
- Files included to stop the pointer at specific positions:
- Limit¼.3mf
- Limit½.3mf
- Limit¾.3mf
- Bambu Studio File Included:
- A pre-configured file is included with all recommended settings for easy printing.
- Assembly:
- For a detailed assembly guide, watch the video tutorial here: YouTube.
- The "glass" is optional. Use transparency sheets, acetate sheets, or recycle materials like disposable cake containers (cut a 63mm disc).
- If using a paper background, the BackgroundForPaper file makes it easy to cut and align.
