Printing settings
Printed with PLA.
Layer height: 0.18mm.
Infill: 10%
Nozzle size: 0.4mm
Speed: 60mm/s.
NOTE:
- Haven't tried printing with a smaller / bigger nozzle, the design works perfect with a 0.4mm nozzle, If you're using a different nozzle size, I recommend starting with the Test_1/2.stl as a test print first.
- The model has only been tested with the FDM/FFF printing method, and the results were successful. It has not been tested with other printing methods.
- Some slicers have settings like XY Hole Compensation and XY Contour Compensation (names may vary) that can affect the dimensions of inner and outer walls, potentially causing issues. Adjusting these values—e.g., 0.04mm for XY Hole Compensation and 0.07mm for XY Contour Compensation—may resolve problems. Test with the test files before printing the larger versions to ensure optimal results prevent waist of material.
