Remote-Controlled Bulldozer with Interchangeable Attachments

Introducing our fully 3D-printable, remote-controlled bulldozer, designed with versatility and ease-of-use in mind. This project offers interchangeable attachments, including a blade and forks, making it perfect for various tasks. The attachments are easily swapped by sliding them into the mount.

Key Features:

Interchangeable Attachments: Comes with a blade and forks, with more attachments in development.
Two Types of Tracks: Easily switch between three different track designs to suit your needs. The tracks are also compatible with our Remote-Controlled Reconnaissance Robot.
Durable and Flexible Tracks: Printed in TPU with recommended hardness of 30-40D for optimal performance.
Components and Assembly:

Motors: Utilizes JGY370 motors with a 68rpm gearbox, sourced from AliExpress.
Additional Parts Needed: 608 bearings, M6 screws, M3 plastic screws, 10mm, 5mm, and 3mm LEDs for lighting, DC motor controller, RC transmitter, servo, and relay for lights.

Power Supply: Powered by 18650 cells. Compatible with 12V motors, which can be used with 3 or 4 cells.
Ease of Use:

User-Friendly Design: The bulldozer is slow-moving, making it safe and easy for children to operate.
Easy Servo Installation: No screws needed for the servo; it fits securely into a dedicated slot.
What's Next:

We are currently finalizing the assembly instructions and detailed parts list, which will be available in a few days. Meanwhile, you can start printing all the parts.
Future updates will include additional attachments and enhancements to improve functionality.

3D Printing Recommendations: Print parts using PET-G or ASA for durability. PLA can be used with careful handling. We recommend a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height for printing.
